My Pilates Flow started with a simple frustration: I could find plenty of online workouts, but almost nothing that actually explained why a movement worked, or how to adapt it when something didn’t feel right in my own body.
So I trained properly, started teaching, and built the resource I needed years earlier, clear, level-appropriate Pilates classes that treat you like someone who deserves to understand your own body, not just follow along.
How My Pilates Flow came together
The Start
Years at a desk, and a body that noticed
Chronic tightness and low back discomfort from a desk-bound routine pushed me to look for something more sustainable than another quick-fix workout trend.
The Turn
Finding Pilates, and understanding my own body
What started as a way to manage pain became a genuine practice. For the first time, movement felt precise instead of punishing.
The Training
Certifying, and teaching in local studios
I completed my instructor training and began teaching small in-person classes, learning what actually helps real bodies, not just textbook cases.
Today
My Pilates Flow, built for anyone, anywhere
Now I teach online, so the same careful, level-appropriate approach is available to anyone with a mat and a few minutes, no studio required.
Give people real control over how their body feels.
Not a quick fix, not a trend, a practice built on precision, patience, and movement that actually makes sense.
01
Form before intensity
Every class prioritizes correct movement over pushing harder.
02
Every level, genuinely welcome
Beginner classes aren’t a watered-down version of the real class.
03
Explain the why
You’ll understand what each cue is doing and why it matters.
04
Consistency over intensity
A sustainable 20-minute habit beats an hour you’ll quit after two weeks.
Not another rotating-instructor app.
Most online fitness platforms hand you a new face every session, with inconsistent cueing and no sense of progression. My Pilates Flow is different by design: one instructor with a consistent teaching language, programs that actually progress, free challenges with zero pressure to buy anything, and a journal that goes deeper than any caption ever could.
